Melissa Fezer

Melissa Fezer currently serves as the Engagement and Insights Director at Celcuity, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Arvinas as Senior Director of Key Customer Marketing and held the position of Director, Thought Leader Engagement at Pfizer for a brief period in early 2024. Melissa has extensive experience in market development, having spent several years at Seagen in various roles, including Director of Market Development, and at Genentech as a Senior Thought Leader Liaison in BioOncology. Previous roles also include Medical Science Liaison positions at Inspire Pharmaceuticals and Eurand Pharmaceuticals, an Executive Respiratory Specialist at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and an Area Business Manager at Chiron and Pathogenesis Corporation. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh, earned from 1990 to 1994.
