Ross Kopher has extensive experience in the field of life sciences, with a focus on cell analysis and diagnostic testing for cancer sub-types. Ross has held roles such as Principal Investigator and Senior Scientist at Celcuity, contributing to the development of live-cell diagnostic tests. Prior to that, they worked at Beckman Coulter as a Staff Development Scientist, where they led the technical transfer of automated molecular diagnostic assays. Ross'searlier roles at DiaSorin, Inc. involved product development of clinical immunodiagnostic assays for infectious diseases. Ross's research experience includes work at various universities, where they focused on stem cell differentiation and regenerative medicine.
Ross Kopher graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Biology from Saint John's University in 1999. Ross then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois Chicago in 2002, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering from the same university in 2006. Most recently, from 2015 to 2019, Ross pursued a Master of Science (MSPM) in Project Management at St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
