Tom Scales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and health sectors. Currently serving as the Health Practice Lead and Life Analyst at Celent since March 2022, Tom has previously held significant roles including COO of Sales and Operations at Health IQ and various leadership positions at Celent from 2014 to 2020. Other notable positions include Strategy and Technology Officer at AmeriLife Group LLC, COO/CIO at AEGON Financial Partners, and Executive VP roles at BISYS and Fiserv CBS. Tom’s career at Computer Sciences Corporation spanned over a decade, where multiple senior leadership roles contributed to substantial growth and service delivery in the insurance sector.
