Ignacio Martinelli

Ignacio Martinelli is currently the Strategy and Financial Management Manager at CELEPSA, a power generation company under Grupo UNACEM, where they are driving sustainable growth in Peru. Prior to this role, Ignacio held various leadership positions at Cementos Pacasmayo, including Head of Industrial Business Development and Head of Investor Relations, where they led significant projects and initiatives, such as the first Peruvian IPO in 15 years. Ignacio also gained international experience through an internship at Anglo American and in a leadership program at Corporacion Breca. They hold an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacífico. Outside of work, Ignacio is a certified advanced open water diver and enjoys sports, travel, and cultural exploration.
