Qingkai Liang

Co-Founder

Qingkai Liang has been involved in a variety of work experiences. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder of Celer Network, an Internet-scale, trust-free, and privacy-preserving platform. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Research Assistant at the MIT Laboratory for Information and Decision Systems (LIDS), where they worked on projects related to robust learning and optimization of networked systems. In 2017, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Google, where they designed a new system that supports a new type of service in Google data centers. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Research Intern at Bell Labs, where they designed and implemented a scalable load balancing scheme in large-scale data centers.

Qingkai Liang attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Machine Learning and Computer Networks. Prior to that, they attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Engineering.
