Ann Gao

Ann Gao has extensive experience in the finance field. Ann began their career in 2003 as a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young, LLP. Ann then moved on to WNC & Associates, Inc. as a Senior Partnership Accountant in 2004. In 2006, they joined Farheap Solutions as an Assistant Controller and was promoted to Senior Financial Accounting Manager at Farheap Solutions, Inc. the same year. In 2010, they became the Director of Finance and Controller at New Cam Commerce Solutions, LLC and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer at New Cam Commerce Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Celerant Technology, Corp in 2014. Ann Gao currently holds the position of CFO at Celerant Technology since 2019.

Ann Gao received their Master of Science in Accountancy from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Fullerton.
