Justin Pangilinan began their career in 2008 working as an Office Clerk at Church of Our Lady of Pity. In 2013, they moved on to work as an Office Clerk at Designer Greetings. In 2017, they joined Celerant Technology as a Software Support Technician - Entry Level, where they trained extensively to comprehend how the POS Software functions. Justin documented and maintained a ticket queue related to clients' technical issues using IBM Lotus Notes, worked directly using SQL Management Studio running queries to analyze data, and logged into a call system queue 4.5 hours per day on assisting clients for any technical issues. Justin was later promoted to Software Support Technician - Junior Level, Software Support Technician - Mentor Level, and finally to Software Support Technician - Senior Level, where they took lead on multi-million companies and provided excellent support, and worked with various departments to communicate reported issues.

Justin Pangilinan attended City University of New York-College of Staten Island from 2012 to 2014, majoring in Computer Science and Accounting. Justin then attended Baruch College from 2014 to 2017, majoring in Computer Information Systems.
