Emma Buratti has a diverse range of work experience. Emma started as a Program Assistant at Easterseals Hawaii in 2018, where they provided therapy and facilitated goal-oriented lessons for adults with developmental disabilities. Emma also planned community outings and recorded progress notes. In the same year, they became a Peer Mentor at Northern Arizona University, offering mentorship and coordinating group activities for Indigenous first-year college students. Emma then joined Southwest Behavioral & Health Services in 2021 as a Direct Care Provider, where they provided counseling and created content for clients with serious mental illness.
