Fred Pritchard

Fred Pritchard, Ph.D. has had an extensive career in the pharmaceutical industry. Fred began their career as a Section Head at McNeil Pharmaceutical, a division of Johnson & Johnson, in 1980. From there, they joined GlaxoWellcome in 1988 and held various roles, including International Director of Business Strategy and Support, SWIFT Modules Global Team Leader, Director of Biomet, and Director of Clinical Pharmacology. In 2000, Dr. Pritchard moved to MDS Pharma Services, where they served as VP of Drug Development until 2010. Following this, they joined Celerion as the Vice President of Drug Development Services. In addition to their industry experience, Dr. Pritchard has also been involved with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as a Trustee for the NC Chapter and member of the Therapy Acceleration Program (TAP) Committee since 2006.

Fred Pritchard, Ph.D., began their education in 1970 at Queen's University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Life Sciences. Fred successfully completed this program in 1974. Following this, Fred enrolled at Queen's University again and obtained a Master of Science degree in Pharmacology from 1974 to 1976. Continuing their academic journey, they joined Penn State College of Medicine in 1976 and successfully completed their Ph.D. in Pharmacology in 1979.
