Jared Wells

Jared Wells has a diverse work experience in various industries. Jared began their career as an Intern at Henry Ford Health System in 2011, followed by a role as Outdoor Services at The Wyndgate Country Club from 2012 to 2013. Jared continued their career at Henry Ford Health System as a Research Assistant in 2013, where they contributed to the advancement of study-specific cancer research.

In 2015, Jared joined Celerion and started as a Clinical Conduct Associate, assisting in early stage clinical research. Jared quickly advanced to the position of Clinical Resource Specialist in 2016, where they became an equipment subject matter expert and trained associates on equipment use and clinical conduct activities. In the same year, they transitioned to the role of Clinical Conduct Specialist, responsible for successfully conducting early phase clinical studies.

Jared further progressed at Celerion and became a Clinical Study Manager in 2017. In this role, they managed multiple early phase clinical studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, personnel resources, and key project deliverables. Jared also engaged with clients to address their concerns and requests.

From 2019 to 2021, Jared served as a Global Project Manager at Celerion, responsible for the overall success of clinical trials. Jared maintained collaborative relationships with clients and internal team members to meet trial timelines and deliver high-quality results.

Most recently, Jared has been working at Celerion as a Global Project Manager II since 2021. Starting in October 2022, they will transition to the role of Associate Director, Global Project Management.

Jared's work experience reflects their growth and expertise in project management, clinical research, and client relations.

Jared Wells pursued higher education at Arizona State University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Research Management. Prior to that, they attended Michigan State University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology.
