Joanne Bailey

Joanne Bailey has extensive work experience in the field of global operations and clinical pharmacology. Joanne began their career at MDS in 2008 as a Senior Director of Global Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing the Clinical Pharmacology business across all ECR sites. In this role, Joanne played a key role in developing and executing growth strategies for the business. Joanne held this position until 2010 when they transitioned to Celerion. At Celerion, Joanne continued their work in global operations and clinical pharmacology, first as a Senior Director and later as an Executive Director. In both roles, Joanne was responsible for leading and managing operations, developing growth strategies, and fostering a positive and collaborative culture within the organization. Joanne'sexpertise in these areas has contributed to the success and growth of the Clinical Pharmacology business.

Joanne Bailey pursued their education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Finance, General in the duration of four years from 1980 to 1984. Later, they furthered their knowledge by completing a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Information Technology from the same university between 1994 and 1997.
