Prima Kelly, MS has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical data management. Prima started their career as a Forensic DNA Analyst Intern at Orchid Cellmark in 2005. Prima then moved on to work at Covance, where they held the roles of Clinical Data Coordinator and Clinical Data Analyst. Their responsibilities included managing project delivery, liaising with clients, training staff, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining strong client relationships. In 2008, they joined the Sarah Cannon Research Institute as a Clinical Data Analyst and later became a Senior Manager and Associate Director in Clinical Data Management. Their duties involved managing data management functions, ensuring cross-functional integration, and forecasting resources. In 2017, they transitioned to PRA Health Sciences as an Associate Director, contributing to the development of data management strategies, improving processes, and implementing system improvements. Currently, Prima Kelly is working as the Senior Director of Global Data Management at Celerion, where their role involves overseeing global data management operations.

Prima Kelly, MS, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from the University of Tennessee - Martin, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. Prima then pursued further education at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Prima Kelly also holds a certification as a Certified Clinical Research Professional, which they obtained from the Society of Clinical Research Associates in May 2012.
