Wibke Lembke is currently the Director of Bioanalytical Services at Celerion, leading strategic and operational initiatives in bioanalysis. With over a decade of experience in drug development, Wibke has managed various teams including the Translational Research and Bioanalysis Team within Johnson & Johnson’s Therapeutic Platform Innovation. Previously, Wibke served as a Senior Bioanalytical Consultant, and held roles at Covagen and UCB, where they focused on advancements in biomarker and bioanalytical strategies. Wibke’s journey began with a solid academic foundation, earning a PhD in Hematology and Oncology from Technische Universität München, complemented by internships at prestigious research institutions. Throughout their career, Wibke has made significant contributions to the field, establishing a broad global network and advocating for innovative therapeutics.
