Diana Barlow, CSA has over 20 years of experience in program management. Diana began their career in 2000 as Program Management at USIS. In 2007, they joined NC4 as Professional Services Manager, where they provided program management/consulting/IT support for a $4 million secure web portal contract with OPM, including software development project management. Diana also managed a team of six Consultants/Program Managers/SMEs, while providing IT consulting services to both current Clients, and potential Clients - working in conjunction with the Sales team. In 2019, they joined Celerium as Chief of Staff/Director of Program Management, where they oversaw business initiatives from development to execution for the Product Management, Delivery, and Customer Success project teams. Diana also served as a liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO/General Manager, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. Currently, they are the Regional Director at The Chief of Staff Association.

Diana Barlow, CSA has an educational background that includes a Master of Forensic Science from The George Washington University, which they obtained between 1997 and 1998. Her field of study was Firearms and Toolmarks. In addition, they hold a BS from Elizabethtown College, which they obtained between 1992 and 1996, in Pre-Vet. Diana also holds three micro-credentials from The Chief of Staff Association, which they obtained in 2021 and 2022.
