John Bowles has extensive work experience, having worked in various roles since 1984. John began their career at Raytheon Missile Systems as Manager of the Software and Firmware Development Section in 1984. John then moved to Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in 1992 as a Sales Program Manager. In 1995, they joined the California Office of Emergency Services as CIO. After four years, they moved to NC4 in 1999 as Director of the Project Management Office. Most recently, they have been working as Director of the Proposals Office at Celerium since 2019.
John Bowles received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1980, having attended from 1975.
