Susan Stec

Susan Stec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and project management, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager at Celerium since July 2017. Previously, Susan worked at STek, Inc. from June 2003 to June 2017 as an Agile Project Manager and Scrum Master, and also acted as a Project Management Consultant for the GSA FAS Office of the Chief Information Officer from June 2003 to February 2015. Earlier career highlights include serving as Principal at SRA International from January 1992 to November 2000, where Susan led the formation of the Web Solutions Group, achieving significant organizational growth and process improvements. Susan's career began at GE, where Susan worked as a Lead Software Engineer from 1984 to 1992, directing a team in the development of software for a NASA project. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a Computer Science minor from Penn State University and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and ITIL V3 Foundations.
