Vicki Hamilton

General Counsel at Celerium

Vicki Hamilton has been working in the legal field since 1992. Vicki began their career as an Associate Attorney at Marks & Golia in 1992. In 1996, they moved to San Diego Data Processing Corporation as a Contracts Administrator. In 1998, they became a Partner at DiPaolo & Hamilton APC. In 2004, they were hired as the Director of Contract Administration & Legal at E Team, Inc. and in 2005 they became Legal Counsel at NC4. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Celerium as General Counsel. At Celerium, they provide cyber defense solutions for businesses and industry sectors, as well as runs the CMMC Academy, a solution designed to assist DoD suppliers in understanding the CMMC requirements.

Vicki Hamilton obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1991. Vicki then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of San Diego in 1993. Her educational background was completed with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from Arizona State University in 1985.
