Fabio Gabbay is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and digital transformation. As the CSO, Founder, and Managing Partner of FIND HR since April 2016, Gabbay has led initiatives to build C-suite and technical teams that drive digital transformation globally. In addition, Gabbay co-founded Recrutaê in January 2022, focusing on creating a digital recruitment consultancy aimed at enhancing autonomy for candidates and supporting recruiters in Brazil. Gabbay is also an angel investor involved with multiple companies, including Investidores.vc, Celero, Triple Session, and V360. Previous roles include partner at Havik People Results and head of business at Fit RH Consulting.
