Mel Gracz

Mel Gracz has a diverse work experience that includes roles in marketing, content design, graphic design, and administrative assistance. They most recently served as the Marketing Lead at Celero since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Content Designer at Celero from August 2020 to May 2022. Mel also owned and worked as a tattoo artist at Blue Lemon Ink from October 2017 to June 2020. They worked as a Graphic Designer PL at Rentcars.com from December 2017 to April 2020, and also held the positions of Graphic Design Assistant and Graphic Design Intern at Rentcars.com. Earlier in their career, Mel worked as an Administrative Assistant at Magic Web Design, Pró-Digital, and Luquest Informática Ltda. from 2012 to 2013, 2012 to 2012, and 2009 to 2011 respectively.

Mel Gracz earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Estácio in 2023. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, Mel attended the Federal University of Technology - Parana, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, which remains incomplete. In terms of additional certifications, Mel obtained an EF SET English Certificate (C2 Proficient) in 2021 from EF Standard English Test (EF SET). They also completed a workshop titled "Liderança não é cargo, é atitude" from Women Leadership in the same year. In 2020, they obtained a certification in "Introdução às OKRs" from Qulture.Rocks.
