Dave began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Bethlehem Steel, where they designed innovative devices and improved systems for enhanced efficiency. Dave then transitioned to the role of Sales Engineer at Cargill, where they excelled in assessing market potential and managing accounts, contributing to impressive sales growth. Dave continued their sales career at Gea Westfalia Separator, achieving exceptional results through the implementation of effective sales plans. Dave's expertise in sales extended to their role as Technical Sales at McMaster-Carr, where they showcased their prowess in customer service. Currently, Dave holds the position of Director of Aftermarket Parts at Celeros Flow Technology, where they oversee strategic operations and ensures customer satisfaction.
