Gilles Mongrolle

Gilles Mongrolle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Gilles began their career as a Project Leader at the Ministry of Planning & Cooperation in Senegal in 1986. Gilles then worked as a Field Sales Engineer and Controlling & Information Systems at Texas Instruments from 1987 to 1992. Gilles joined ABB Diffusion in 1992, initially as a Logistic and Customer Service Manager, and later became the Chief Financial Officer. At ABB Business Services, they served as the SVP, Shared Services Center Manager and Chief Information Officer from 2000 to 2003. Gilles then moved on to ABB France where they held the position of SVP, Country CIO & Head of Supply Chain Management from 2003 to 2009. Following that, they worked at Becker Industrie as the Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2012. In 2013, they started their own business and engaged in a Company Acquisition project. Currently, they are the Financial Director at Celeros Flow Technology, a position they have held since 2015.

Gilles Mongrolle attended IMD in 2001, where they completed the ABB Finance & Business Control Seminar. Prior to that, they obtained a DESS in Finance and Taxation from IAE Grenoble from 1984 to 1985. Their education started with a Master's Degree in Economics from Université Côte d'Azur, which they earned from 1980 to 1984.
