James (Jim) Haley has over 30 years of experience in the control and instrumentation field, currently serving as a Control & Instrumentation Engineer at Celeros Flow Technology since May 2007. At Celeros Flow Technology, responsibilities include specifying instrumentation for the Water and Power industries and creating bespoke hazardous area control and monitoring panels for the Oil industry.
