CelesiumAI is an applied AI studio incubated under Celesium Capital. We build and operate — engineering purpose-built AI engines for healthcare, legal technology, research security, and institutional intelligence.

Each platform in our portfolio is a standalone subsidiary engineered and operated inside the studio. We don't ship demos. We run live products.

The portfolio:
• BillXM — medical billing intelligence. Detects overcharges, NCCI bundling violations, and upcoding. Powers consumer review and enterprise peer-review for personal-injury defense.
• Vigilarx — multi-tenant research security platform. Person screening, foreign-influence analysis, and export-control monitoring against the federal NSPM-33 framework. Deployed in production at a leading research university.
• Intelarx — investigative intelligence engine. Entity resolution, network analysis, and deep-source enrichment for institutional and corporate counterparty diligence.
• Vainture — academic IP commercialization. Assesses IP viability, generates business plans, and accelerates spinouts in collaboration with academic faculty.
• Quarare — expert-witness evidence platform. Daubert-grade reliability scoring, insights, and audit trails for litigation support.
• CClinic — in active development.

CelesiumAI is headquartered in Houston, Texas, at the edge of the largest medical complex in the world. Active collaborations with faculty across the Texas Medical Center ecosystem inform every healthcare and research-security engine we build.

We build with operators in the room — clinicians, attorneys, researchers — not from a generic AI playbook.
