Florence Ruessmann

Florence Ruessmann is currently a Teaching Assistant Professor at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) - ULB since October 2018. They also hold the position of Head of Finance & Strategy at celestetic since June 2020. Prior to these roles, Florence worked at Deloitte as a Consultant in Corporate Finance Advisory from June 2016 to October 2018. They also served as a Business Analyst in Corporate Finance Advisory at Deloitte from November 2016 to June 2018. Florence's earlier experience includes a student job at Degroof Petercam in August and September 2011.

Florence Ruessmann pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2018, they enrolled in the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Behavioral and Experimental Finance. This program lasted until 2022. Additionally, in the same year, they attended the Harvard Kennedy School for a brief period, focusing on Investment Decisions and Behavioral Finance.

Prior to their Ph.D., Florence completed a Master in Management Science with a minor specialization in Entrepreneurship at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2014 to 2016. During their master's, they engaged in an International Exchange Program at the National University of Singapore from 2015 onwards.

Aside from their formal education, Florence Ruessmann obtained various certifications, including the Advanced Training for Business in Pivot Tables, Formulas and Finance Functions, Lookups and Database Functions, and Data Manipulation and Formatting. These certifications were acquired from Kubicle, with the years of completion ranging from 2017 to 2017.
