Samik Gupta

Samik Gupta has a strong background in software engineering and consulting. Samik is currently working as a Software Consultant at Celestial AI since February 2023. Prior to that, they had a role as a Principal Engineer and Software Consultant at Xcelerium from April 2021 to November 2022. Before Xcelerium, Samik worked at Broadcom Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer and Software Consultant from September 2019 to December 2020. Samik also founded Apeela, where they served as a Founder from September 2016 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Samik held various positions at Intel Corporation, Mindspeed Technologies, Rockwell Semiconductors, Lucent Technologies, and AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Samik Gupta completed their education in Computer Science and Engineering at Jadavpur University from 1983 to 1987, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Samik then pursued further education in Computer Science and obtained a Master of Science degree from the University of Oregon, attending from 1988 to 1990.
