Michael B. has extensive experience in quality engineering and strategic solutions within the aerospace, defense, and health technology sectors. Currently serving as Programs Lead - Quality at Celestica since April 2015, Michael specializes in process and system tools development, cross-site integrations, and overseeing the transition from legacy systems to new technologies, achieving significant milestones. Previous roles include Strategic Solutions and Systems Integrator and SQE Team Lead for both aerospace and health tech, where key contributions involved supplier qualification, operational ramp-up, and continuous process improvements. Prior to Celestica, Michael held senior engineering positions at Honeywell Aerospace, Northern Digital Inc., and Intel Corporation, focusing on quality operations and supply chain management. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University and completed additional studies at Humber College.
