Duncan Challen

Duncan Challen is an experienced professional in business development and strategy, currently serving as the General Manager of Business Development at Celestino Developments since August 2018. Prior to this role, Duncan was Executive Director of Industry, International Trade & Investment at the NSW Department of Industry, where responsibilities included leading the New South Wales Government's industry functions across multiple global markets. Duncan's extensive background at Shell China encompasses various roles such as Joint Venture Business Development & Strategy Deployment Manager and Head Of Card Marketing-Oceania, where significant business turnaround and market entry operations were achieved. Duncan holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Master of Science in Environment and Development from the University of Natal, South Africa, complemented by a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
