Matthew Scard

Matthew Scard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development management, currently serving as CEO, Chief Operating Officer, and Development Director at Celestino Developments since December 2014, overseeing projects such as The Gables mixed-use development in Box Hill, NSW. Prior to this, Matthew held the position of Senior Development Manager at Mirvac from October 2010 to December 2014, managing various residential projects in Sydney and the Newcastle/Hunter region. Matthew's earlier career included significant roles at Landcom, where responsibilities encompassed management of multiple projects, including social housing initiatives as part of the Australian Government Economic Stimulus Plan, and successful completion of greenfield developments like The Ponds. Matthew began their career at Lendlease, where successful delivery of residential allotments showcased strong project and budget management skills.
