Lisa Cudal

Lisa Cudal has a diverse work experience in various roles within the operations, purchasing, and customer service fields. Lisa started at Orion Telescopes & Binoculars in 2000 as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed a 20-seat inbound call center and established performance metrics to increase productivity. In 2006, they transitioned to the role of Affiliate/Internet Marketing Manager, where they successfully launched and grew affiliate and shopping comparison programs for three e-commerce sites. During this time, they also served as the Purchasing Supervisor, building positive relationships with vendors and improving purchasing processes. In 2010, Lisa joined Celestron, LLC. as the Purchasing/Support Manager, responsible for inventory management and customer support. Lisa then advanced to the position of Senior Operations Manager, excelling in developing and cross-training a team of 25+ employees while evaluating and refining processes to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

Lisa Cudal obtained an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on French from Long Beach City College. Lisa completed their education at this institution from 1994 to 1996.
