Stephanie Schroeter has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Stephanie started their career as a Project Manager at Adam Opel AG, Kaiserslautern in 1998. Stephanie then worked as a Parts Administrator at Isuzu Motors America in 2001. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Product Manager at DENSO Sales California. Stephanie then transitioned to Real Estate Sales and Marketing, where they worked for seven years. In 2011, they returned to DENSO Sales California as a Product Manager and later joined Phillips Industries in 2012. Stephanie held multiple roles at Phillips Industries, including Manager Product Management and Marketing, Director Of Marketing And Product Management, Director of Product Strategy. In 2017, they joined Logomark as a Director of Marketing and finally moved to Celestron, LLC. in 2018, where they currently hold the position of VP of Marketing and Product Development.

Stephanie Schroeter has a diverse education history. Stephanie obtained a Diplom (MA) degree in Translation Science and Linguistics, with a focus on Business Management & Economics, from the Universität des Saarlandes. Additionally, they have pursued certifications in various fields. In 2017, they earned a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. The same year, they also obtained a Strategic Planning Certification from the University of La Verne. Stephanie further enhanced their skills by becoming a SCRUM Master through the Scrum Alliance. In 2018, they received a Certified Continuous Improvement Manager certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. Currently, Stephanie is pursuing a Professional Life Coach Certification (Accredited) from the Transformation Academy, with an expected completion date in 2022.

These include certifications in topics such as change management, leadership, coaching skills, and virtual reality.
