Stefan Leape

Stefan Leape has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2018, they co-founded Operon Technologies, a start-up focused on improving the user experience and productivity of bioscience researchers. The company won the Grand Prize in the OX1 Incubator program. In the same year, Stefan also worked as a Summer Analyst at Hatteras Venture Partners.

In 2020, Stefan took on multiple roles. Stefan served as the President of the Oxford University Biotech Society, where they founded and led an 8-week bioentrepreneurship incubator program. This program involved post-docs, PhDs, undergrads, and industry professionals, resulting in the formation of two start-ups that are currently raising seed funding. Stefan also worked as a researcher in metabolic modeling at the University of Oxford, specifically in the Plant Sciences department under Professors Lee Sweetlove and George Ratcliffe.

In 2020, Stefan joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Summer Associate, gaining consulting experience in the company. Currently, they hold the position of Chief of Staff at Cellular Longevity, Inc., dba Loyal, starting in January 2022.

Stefan Leape holds a Master's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. Apart from their academic achievements, they have also obtained a Grade 8 Cello certification with Distinction from ABRSM.
