Carlos Caseiro

Carlos Caseiro currently serves as CTO at Celfinet, a position held since March 2016. Prior to this, Carlos worked at Movicel Telecommunications as Acting CTO and Head of RAN from 2014 to March 2016. Carlos has extensive experience in the telecommunications field, having spent nearly two decades at Vodafone Portugal in various roles, including Head of RAN and Access Network Design & Optimization Manager, among others. Earlier career experiences include a role as Mobile Radio Expert at Marconi and Spectrum Management Engineer at ICP ANACOM. Carlos Caseiro holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, earned from 1985 to 1990.
