Carlos Rincon

Carlos Rincon is the current Country Manager for Celfinet in Spain. Prior to this, they were a Partner at QUALITER Taste & Trade where they worked on strategy design and implementation as well as business planning. Before QUALITER, Carlos worked for Vodafone as a Sales Operations Manager and Strategic Projects Manager. In their role as Sales Operations Manager, they were responsible for bid management, technical project elaboration, and delivery services. Carlos also led a team of 24 engineers and was responsible for the design funnel of Totalcom proposals. As Strategic Projects Manager, they were responsible for the development and implementation of the company's strategy. Carlos has also been a Partner at Guilas, SL since 2013.

Carlos Rincon studied Physics at Universidad Complutense de Madrid before going on to earn a Master in Engineering Nuclear Power Plants from CIEMAT-Universidad Autonoma Madrid. Carlos then completed an Executive MBA from IE Business School - Madrid, and most recently, they attended the Senior Management Program at IE Business School - Madrid.

Their manager is José Mata, CEO. They work with Nuno Guedes - VP, Sales, José Xavier - CFO, and Carlos Caseiro - CTO.
