Fábio Ramos

Fábio Ramos is an accomplished RAN Engineer with extensive experience in network optimization and management within the telecommunications sector. Currently employed at Vodafone since October 2019, Fábio focuses on network quality. Prior roles include serving as a Radio Access Network Engineer at Cyient, and holding several positions at Ericsson, including RAN Optimization and Mobile Access NW Plan & Optimization, where Fábio contributed to significant projects such as SRAN modernization and radio network design for Unitel in Angola. Fábio's career also includes positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, Drivetel, and Alcatel-Lucent, emphasizing radio performance analysis, incident management, and indoor RF design.
