Madhan Mohan D is an experienced RAN Planning and Performance Engineer currently working at Celfinet since July 2022. Previously, Madhan held the position of Senior RNO at Integrated Wireless Solution Pvt. Ltd. from January 2008 to April 2013, where responsibilities included radio network performance monitoring and optimization for Bharti Airtel in Karnataka. From May 2013 to April 2022, Madhan served as a Specialist at Ericsson, focusing on radio network performance analysis and optimization for British Telecom during the RAN SWAP project, ensuring successful performance acceptance of individual sites after transitioning from Huawei to Ericsson.
