Carla Penedo is a Senior Manager of Analytics at Celfocus, with a robust background in cognitive and analytics roles within the financial services sector, having previously served as a Cognitive Manager and Analytics Leader at Novabase, as well as a Business Intelligence & Analytics Senior Consultant. Additionally, Carla has contributed to academia as an invited teacher at both Universidade Lusófona and ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. Carla's educational qualifications include a degree in Futures, Strategic Design & Innovation from ISEG - Executive Education and participation in the Lisbon Machine Learning School at Instituto Superior Técnico in 2014.
