Gonçalo Enes

Gonçalo Enes is a seasoned Product Manager at Celfocus since December 2022, where responsibilities include understanding customer needs and coordinating development using Agile practices. Previously, Gonçalo served as Head of Enterprise Architecture and Head of Application Architecture at CTT - Correios de Portugal, focusing on enterprise architecture definition, transformation initiatives, and optimizing information systems. Prior to that, Gonçalo held various roles at Novabase from 2006 to 2019, including Engineering Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of enterprise integration architectures and managing strategic project initiatives. Gonçalo began a career in technology consulting in 1995, contributing to several projects across various companies. Gonçalo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, completed in 2002.
