Inês Maia

Inês Maia is a Project Manager at Celfocus since March 2021, managing IT projects for clients such as Vodafone PT and Vodafone Group, focusing on delivery and quality expectations across software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud computing, cybersecurity, compliance, and data intelligence. Additionally, Inês served as a PMO for Vodafone Group, coordinating internal initiatives and creating documentation to enhance workflows. Previous experience includes roles as a Retail Clerk at Auchan Retail, a Fast Food Cook at 100 MontaditosUFV, and a Retail Cashier at Sonae MC, where skills in customer service, problem-solving, and team motivation were developed. Inês holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from FEP U. Porto.
