Joana Silva

Joana Silva is an experienced Delivery Manager at Celfocus since May 2015, with a strong background in project management and consultation gained from previous roles at Portugal Telecom. During her tenure at Portugal Telecom from January 2012 to May 2015, Joana contributed as a PMO and consultant, actively participating in the implementation of convergent CRM solutions and the MTCXXI project, which involved Oracle platforms. Key responsibilities included financial and economic control, delivery supervision, risk management, and ensuring the quality of project deliverables. Joana's professional journey began with an internship as a consultant at PT Sistemas de Informação, S.A. in 2012. Joana holds a master's degree in Information Systems for Management and a licentiate degree in Business Informatics from ISLA Campus Lisboa.
