Pedro Crespo is a seasoned professional in people development, currently serving as the People Development Director at Celfocus. With a career beginning in consultancy firms in 1996, they have held various leadership roles such as HR Director at Nicolau de Sousa Lima and Managing Partner at First Step. Pedro has also worked as a manager in talent and culture at Novabase, where their expertise has flourished. They graduated in Business Computing from ISCTE and have furthered their knowledge with a design thinking bootcamp at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
