Pedro Rolo

Pedro Rolo has over 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at Celfocus since July 2016, Pedro has progressed through various roles, including Associate Manager and Senior Professional. Prior to Celfocus, Pedro worked at Vodafone Portugal from 2004 to June 2016, where responsibilities included Business Analyst, ACD and IVR Project Coordinator, and Reporting Trainee. Earlier in the career, Pedro was a Project Trainee at L²F - Spoken Language Systems Laboratory from 2003 to 2004. Pedro holds a Licenciatura in Engenharia Informática from Instituto Superior Técnico, attended from 1998 to 2003, and completed secondary education at Secundária mem martins from 1992 to 1998.
