Wael Ali

Wael Ali serves as the Director at Celfocus Middle East since April 2021, focusing on empowering innovation. Prior to this role, Wael co-founded Perfectly Cubed, which operated from January 2018 to June 2022, concentrating on transformation, development, and ideation. As Chief Commercial Officer at Cequens from January 2020 to April 2021, Wael contributed to a global CPaaS provider. Wael's earlier experience includes serving as the Global Head of Vodafone Business at _VOIS and holding various senior management roles at Vodafone from September 2006 to May 2016, focusing on operations, commercial planning, and client relationship management. Wael's career began at Raya Contact Center and LINKdotNET, where managerial responsibilities in customer care and operations were undertaken. Wael holds a Mini MBA in Management, International Business and Marketing from Knowledge-TD and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Commerce from Helwan University Cairo.
