Ofer Barshem is a medical device executive and entrepreneur with international startup and corporate experience. They are the Co-Founder and CEO of Cell-Lipo and the VP Strategic Business Development at SipNose LTD, while also working as a Medical Device Strategic Business Consultant. Their past roles include CEO of Medical Market Bridge and MinInvasive, and VP of Sales and Marketing at Orthospace and Stryker, as well as Marketing Manager at Johnson & Johnson. They completed the Health Care Technological Innovation & Entrepreneurship program at Tel Aviv University in 2019. They previously served as a Navy Officer in the IDF.
