Dwight Baker

Dwight Baker is a highly motivated and experienced Senior Vice President of Product Development at Cellanome, where they lead interdisciplinary teams in assay, software, and hardware engineering. With a robust background in medical device engineering, Baker has successfully developed over 20 IVD approved products and has expertise in digital health, FDA submissions, and algorithm development. Previously, they held key roles in various organizations, including Chief Innovation Officer at Resilience and Director of Software Engineering and Bioinformatics at Illumina, where they expanded teams and advanced technologies in oncology and personalized medicine. Baker holds a BS in Biochemistry and Microbiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and an MS in Software Engineering from National University.
