The business focuses on working closely with it’s clients to significantly reduce their current beer line cleaning costs as well as maximising the quality of beer delivered from the the keg to the glass.
We take a structured and scientific approach to our processes which  provides our a clients with a market leading service.Our exclusive chemical and equipment are sourced from Europe and the UK and are key components of our offering.
These processes have been robustly tested  and deliver consistent measurable results to our clients. We deliver a detailed report to our clients after each clean- including the  measurement of  the cleanliness of their lines 
Our clients include stadiums, clubs , and hotels - essentially any venue that delivers draught beer to their customers .
Our team has over 35 years industry experience , complemented by significant senior management and board experience.
We have offices in Sydney and Adelaide currently with a view to expand our eastern seaboard presence in the future.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Bill Wawn is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cellar Value Solutions - Holdings Pty Ltd  (CVS) the major shareholder of  CVS’s NSW and SA businesses.
He is one of 4 of the initial founders of the business and has played a lead role in the development and launch of the business model.
He is actively involved in all aspects of the business with a major focus on strategy and growth.
Prior to forming CVS , he had a significant career in Wealth Management  holding senior roles with Macquarie , BT  Financial Group  and MLC . During this time , he developed and launched new businesses both locally and internationally, with the BT Wrap business being a notable success.
He is passionate about delivering high quality service to CVS’s clients and ensuring  optimal financial savings are achieved…
