Tom Rogers

Tom Rogers is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, currently serving as Sr. Director of CMC MSAT at Cellares since October 2024. Previously, Tom held the position of Head of MSAT - Viral Vector and Gene Therapy at MilliporeSigma, where responsibilities included managing client project transfers into cGMP production and overseeing lifecycle management and process validations. Earlier experience includes roles as Staff Process Engineer at Inscripta, Inc., Manager of Engineering at Solana Biosciences, and Manager of Engineering at Illumina, contributing to advancements in manufacturing processes and next-generation sequencing technologies. Tom holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
