Pawan Demla

Pawan Demla has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Pawan co-founded CELLBELL, a gaming and office chair manufacturing company, where they focused on providing consistent consumer experience in furniture purchase. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Capgemini, where they assisted the management team in reporting and trained newbies for Oracle database certification. Pawan also held roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Capgemini. Pawan founded Bagtag online Store, an e-commerce store, where they handled the implementation of processes and negotiations with vendors and service providers. Earlier in their career, Pawan worked as a Junior Software Developer at Baysquare Technologies, where they were responsible for optimizing critical code modules. Pawan also worked as a Freelancer for Modern Kitchen catering company, creating their website and implementing various features.

Pawan Demla's education history begins with their schooling at Pet Oxford High School from 1999 to 2005. Pawan obtained their SSC (10) degree during this time. Following their schooling, they attended CHM Mumbai University from 2005 to 2007, where they pursued a high school degree in the Science stream. Later, Pawan enrolled at Thadomal Shahani Engineering College from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology (CS).

In addition to their formal education, Pawan Demla has also obtained several certifications. In September 2011, they became an Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate from the Oracle institution. Pawan further enhanced their skills by obtaining an Inbound certification from the HubSpot Academy in July 2019. Moreover, in July 2018, Pawan earned the Amazon Advertising Ninja Certification from Amazon.
