Anna-Klara Amler

Anna-Klara Amler started their work experience in 2011 with an internship at Dentinox Gesellschaft für pharmazeutische Präparate Lenk & Schuppan KG as a Quality Control Assistant. In 2012, they completed a Bachelor Thesis and Internship at the Robert Koch Institute in the Division 1: Infectious Diseases, Unit 18 HIV and Other Retroviruses. Anna-Klara then went on to complete their Master Thesis at the Robert Koch Institute in 2014 within the same division. In 2015, they worked as an Intern at the Trinity Centre for Bioengineering, Trinity College Dublin, investigating the influence of environmental conditions on corneal cell behavior. From 2016 to 2016, Anna-Klara worked as a Temporary Research Assistant at the Universitätsklinikum Freiburg in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Clinical Research. In 2017, they joined the Max Delbrück Center as a Research Assistant in the field of Proteomics and Molecular Mechanisms of Neurodegenerative Diseases. Additionally, they began their PhD at the Technische Universität Berlin in the same year, specializing in Medical Biotechnology. Most recently, they have been working at Cellbricks GmbH since 2017, initially as a Bioprinting Scientist and currently as the Head of Implant Development.

Anna-Klara Amler's education history begins in 2009 when they started their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology at Technische Universität Berlin. Anna-Klara completed this program in 2012. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Medical Biotechnology at the same institution from 2012 to 2015. Anna-Klara then shifted their focus and attended The University of Freiburg from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy.
