Troy Dale is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive who currently serves as a Newton Fellow with the Newton Venture Program and as an angel investor with Springboard Health Angels. They also sit on the scientific advisory board at Ochre Bio and act as an investor and strategic advisor with Syntropic, a strategic adviser to Meddenovo Drug Design, and chairperson of the board at Cellbricks Therapeutics, in addition to mentoring at Creative Destruction Lab. Dale previously held marketing and market-access leadership roles at sanofi-aventis from 1992 to 1999 and at Novartis (2013-2014), including Global Head of Market Access and multiple Global Head roles in market access and marketing for established medicines. They earned a BSc (Honours) from the University of Leeds (1985-1988) and completed Executive Development at Harvard Business School (1994-1995).
