Melissa Frechette

Melissa Frechette is a strategic HR leader with a focus on building culture and scaling talent. They have served as a Senior Director of People & Culture at Gritstone bio and currently hold the position of Head of People at CellCentric. Melissa previously worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Blueprint Medicines and held various roles in human resources and management at Bio-Rad Laboratories, GnuBIO, and Corsair Solutions. They have also gained experience as an Expense Analyst and Account Representative in earlier positions. Melissa earned their degree from the University of New Hampshire.
